      Target is a good company to work for because there is plenty of room for advancement, The staff are professional and great team players, Target is also have a flexible schedule so that you can continue to further your education.

      Cons

      Target don't really allow overtime, not enough hours.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
