      Pros

      Target discount is clutch. Whole company is chill, extremely good work life balance. Huge tech operations and great engineers, you learn a lot here! Best workplace culture I’ve ever seen!

      Cons

      Not as great of pay as big tech companies, no stock either. They did fully remote and not anymore.
