      Pros

      Unlimited sick time is about the only good benefit

      Cons

      - A lot of engineering roles have been outsourced to India. - Management is anti-remote work, even though Target has allowed remote work in the past few years. - Transitioning to a new team requires approval from my current manager. - So-called "diversity" does not apply to Christians.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
