-Very flexible with scheduling -Mostly friendly supervisors/management
Cons
-No pay increase in roles that require specialized knowledge and experience -Only way to reach a higher pay scale is to be a team leader -The small raise percentages you accumulate over the years are eliminated when the minimum wage increases past your current pay (i.e. when minimum wage went up to $15/hr, veterans were making the same 15/hr as a brand new hire)
