Pros

I was lucky enough to have great coworkers. I had quite a few work friends that taught me a lot about my job and were great to be around. I mostly worked on closing shifts. There were a couple great team leads who were very competent and caring. They did not ask me to do anything that they would not do themselves and were helpful when I had questions. The employee discount can be combined with the normal store discount when you the Target Red credit card. I did not use it myself, but I had some coworkers who did.

Cons

Most of the problems I experienced center around the upper leadership. They had high expectations for what the F&B team needed to accomplish each shift but did not make sure that we had the resources to get it done. They did not communicate with our team and did not ask for feedback from our team. I understand that there are many competing priorities when running a store, but the F&B department was neglected. Upper management would not get involved with our department unless our backrooms became so cluttered that we were unable to perform our daily tasks or meet specific deadlines. Our team morale was low and was one of the main reasons I left.
