      Some stores are very strict and tight with hours and put a lot of pressure on workers to finish unloading a d pushing out trucks with high number of pieces

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
