      The break room was nice and spacious.

      Cons

      This job wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t that great either. The energy from the employees and management at the Grant store is weird. They didn’t train me at all and then would have some random other associate yell at me to work faster after I had been winging it with 0 training for a few days. Would not recommend unless you’re desperate.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
