Would not recommend - Merchandise Associate Target Employee Review

Management paid no attention to what the employees needed, the hours were ridiculous. You'd either work 4 hour shifts or 12 hour shifts, management never picked up the phone when an employee was sick to call out so the employee would be written up, managers were hardly around or assigned work for our department that we shouldn't have been doing
