Pros

The salary at Target was good, but that is literally the only good thing I can say. Money can't buy happiness, though, so the appeal of the money is not enough for too long.

Cons

As a Group Leader, you work long hours and you are on your feet for 10-12 hours a day. There is no home-work life balance; Target owns you on the days you work, and your days off are spent recuperating to get ready to do it all again the next week. Never disagree with anything upper management thinks, does or says, or you will be black listed and ignored, if not worked out completely. It is an environment of criticism masquerading as feedback. If you are not blindly in agreement and support of management, they see you as against them, and not "bought in" to the culture. Giving honest constructive suggestions is seen as dissention, and unless you are a mindless follower, you will not be happy at Target.
