Pros
Fun atmosphere, great people, big company with a lot of opportunities to move around and grow. Great community reputation and a lot of volunteer opportunties.
Cons
You can at times get stuck in "hierarchy" red tape as you try to advance your career. Depending on the area, a lot of work and not always enough people. Not very progressive on ways to improve work life balance...work from home, part time, job share, etc.
