Pros
Third shift is Great since im in school and have very limited hours during the day, You don't get scheduled for many hours but most people (in my store) are always looking to give up what they have.
Cons
It seems as though your always getting hassled by the team leads even if your doing your job perfectly well, though this could be just at my store.
