      Pros

      Great atmosphere, best big-box retailer out there in terms of company culture. Fine as a first job, thats about it.

      Cons

      Hard to move up, don't seem to want to promote from within. Lots of managers in front of you in line so its hard to get a promotion even if its based on merit
