Pros
Great work/life balance and best benefits for entry level job. The pay really is good for the work we do and management is more than patient with employees when they are struggling on and off the job.
Cons
Negative coworkers. The work is hard, but reasonable for the compensation, so quit whining or leave! The warehouse is a little too much like going back to high school with the closed campus and everything done by scheduled bells. Homeroom is too far from my locker!
