      Relaxed to work in, not much engineering if thats a Pros for you

      Cons

      You wont meet alot of engineer. They hire people with no techincal background and they end up doing everything. Micromanagement is everywehre in the company. I would recomend it if you are looking for real techincal engineering growth.
