      Real room for movement upwards. 18 months in each position is what the company preaches.

      Cons

      Working retail. Many of the other old school managers aren't great people to work with. Not team players, they just focus on their lane.

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
