Pros
The pay is good compared to other retail stores, company culture is positive and provides a nice work environment. They are always trying to improve on team culture.
Cons
The communication between management is poor. They let talent go unrecognized and do not value the employees that they have. Coming from a store that is situated in a college town I am stunned to learn that very few of the employees that graduate from college are recruited at a store level by target.
