      Great people, good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Totally discriminates against anyone over 30 .especially white msles. The company is pushing the agenda to be diverse by hiring and promoting mostly woman and POC in order to use it as a marketing ploy

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
