      Slower pace. Innovative rx bottles. Good clientele. Employee discount. Starbucks inside store. Competitive salary. Good lighting and decorations.

      Cons

      Invested 3 years of time with promise of job upon completion of school yet nonemployees hired-not myself. No employee loyalty.
