      Pros

      The work environment was friendly and casual. More experienced employees were always willing to help out a new team member learn the ropes. We focused on customer interaction as much as possible to make the store a more inviting place.

      Cons

      There was limited availability for advancement. Leadership and managerial positions were based on levels of education (degrees) and not store / company experience. They were however interested in seeing their employees further their educational goals.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
