Pros
It's a good place to start a career as a recent graduate. There are many opportunities for career advancement, not only in the store level but also in the district level.
Cons
The downside of working in a retail store is that there are no free weekends or holidays. It is especially hard when you have to work on Christmas or New Year because it takes away from family time.
