Employee friendly Employee can easily switch domains, technology or roles based on their aspirations internally but after evaluation for sure. Mostly work on edge technologies.
Cons
In india, you will mostly work in extended office hours as you will need to connect with Minneapolis team or your counter part. It's okay when you have less day time meetings but otherwise, it's going to be a longer day.
