Pros
Worked really well with my school schedule. Can pick up extra hours pretty easily. Money is decent for retail. Enjoyable work environment. Fast-paced, fun.
Cons
Staying late, especially during the holidays, isn't the greatest. Opportunities for advancement are few and far between. Can get monotonous at times, depending on your position.
