      Starts off at a decent rate, I think it is 7.50

      Cons

      The raise system sucks. The most you can get is 4% but they hardly ever give those. My last raise was 8 cents. Seriously 8cents? I would rather not have anything

      Pay and growth opportunities. Thorough training when you are new to the company.

      Cons

      Work-life balance isn't the best because you are required to close quite a bit while also working your dayside shifts.
