Overall Good place to work, for a youngster - Anonymous employee Target Employee Review

Target takes the time to understand the strengths and weaknesses of its staff, and place them in positions where they will be most effective. They have a laid back attitude and really are an enjoyable bunch to be around from my experience. You will always run into the incompetent manager who smokes too much, but overall the work experience here, especially compared to other retail stores, is way above average.
