      Pros

      Met a lot of nice people in a couple of decades. Was allowed to listen to music while working when store was closed.

      Cons

      Management would often try to belittle or intimidate some employees. Had to be forced to give lunches on time or breaks. Promotion was mostly based on who was more likeable not the work or tenure at the job.
