People are friendly, Flexible hours in some departments, compared to other retail store this is the best, logistics and procedures make sense and makes life easier if executed correctly. After years of work you will feel a sense of belonging
Cons
Some Exec's and Team Leads are useless and can act like they know what they are talking about. Exec's and Team Leads are not held accountable for their actions. Favorites are made between Exec's and Team Leads. Overnight flow team leads and execs regard the presentation team as a negative and seperate team. No team work overnight.
