      Great pay, decent hours and set schedule

      Cons

      Inconsistent direction. Limited training. Too much admin work made it difficult to spend any worthwhile time developing team and working to improve processes and outcomes

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
