      Pros

      The job alone was very suitable. I had great co-workers, I learned a whole lot, and I enjoyed my job for the most part.

      Cons

      During my time at Target, we were extremely understaffed. TLs(team leads) & ETLs(executive team leads) were expecting way too much from such a short staff, and it was very unappreciated. They would pick and choose their favorites, and make things hard enough to the point where many people just quit.
