Pros
The work itself usually wasn't too bad. Being on the truck it could be kind of demanding especially in holiday season but nothing crazy. Management was generally respectful and understanding. Good place to make friends. Employees seemed to value teamwork.
Cons
Lots of empty promises from management (to many people) Hours are generally very low unless you get lucky, know people, or are a favorite. Bad communication from management. Too many employees especially in season time. Seasonal employees seem to get all the hours that the main employees don't.
