Do better - Associate Target Employee Review

Upper management at my store and corporate are a mess. General incompetence. Want you to be a robot. Rules being changed daily. Unrealistic expectations. No overtime unless you’re upper management. Drastic reduction and fluctuations in hours and staff. Voids any raises when min wage increases (which are usually like 8 cents) but people who’ve been there several years are making the same as someone who just walked in the door.
