Pros
Most managers are great to work with. There are benefits for full-time employees as well as every other weekend off. Closed Christmas and Easter. It's a big corporation so there is a lot of room for growth or job change.
Cons
Not enough labor. Have to deal with a lot of ignorant guests. No more Thanksgiving off. Phone support is mostly in India - hard to understand when they speak. Corporate wants a high credit card conversion rate.
