-The management has little respect for team members (some do, but they don't stay with the company very long) -They expect everyone to care about the store sales numbers, but give little incentive to drive sales -They do not ever schedule enough people to complete work every night -They want things done the Target way(even when other ways are more efficient and achieve the same goal)
