      Pros

      The team has always been great to work with no matter the store I've been at.

      Cons

      At times the workload seems extremely overwhelming with no sense of when it will ever end...but Thessaly those times have been few in number.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
