Pros
Tends to care more about their employees. They will work around a school schedule and are very team oriented. Since we have tons of staff I can manage to take a leave of absence for the summer. Good benefits and discount is 10% off everything besides Target gift cards. Non union so you don't have to pay any dues.
Cons
Raises are really bad. Some of the best raises for the Team members are around 50cents. Hours depends on how much sales the store is getting so during the slow months you may only get 20 hours a week.
