Pros
Great Company, Sharp peers, learned an amazing amount about supply chain.
Cons
Takes forever to fire bottom performers who need to be written up about 10 times before they get a final warning....yet I was getting feedback because they were still there 6 months later. Amazon has a 3 strikes you are out poilicy...thats part of why they are killing retailers.
