Pros
The pay is wonderful , the environment is friendly, the benefits as far as health is also a huge perk to being in management.
Cons
The amount of work you are asked to do can become overwhelming . You have to realize what you can and cannot take on at the same time. The 10% discount would be better if it was 15% :)
