      Pros

      Good management training, actually amazing, set me up for success in the corporate world. The pay is also pretty amazing. Great culture.

      Cons

      They brainwash you to work long long long hours. I'm really not upset about the hours, its a genius model. They make you feel so important and appreciated that you want to put in the hours. This was fine when I was in my early 20's but once I had kids, the schedule didn't work. Politics, but who doesn't have them seriously?

      Pay and growth opportunities. Thorough training when you are new to the company.

      Cons

      Work-life balance isn't the best because you are required to close quite a bit while also working your dayside shifts.
