      Pros

      Many of the folks I worked with started in the retail area and were promoted up through the ranks to find their true calling. Target is a really diverse company, so once you're in... the sky's the limit.

      Cons

      Minneapolis is a pretty specific lifestyle choice. Headquarters are there and that's where everything happens other than the retail locations.
