Pros
Lots of room for growth. Set your sights on where you want to go and you can get there. The thing here is to learn and grow, taking the bull by the horns for yourself, but allow room for peer community so that you can benefit from your peers.
Cons
None. The company definitely has some setbacks, but is making changes and improvements on ongoing basis. Overall a great experience.
