      Pros

      The culture is all about being fast, fun, and friendly. Customers are referred to as "guests" which sounds more important than simply being called a "customer".

      Cons

      As far as promotional opportunities go, Target likes to go for recent college graduates instead of experienced employees, whether they have relevant experience or not.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
