Competitive pay, not stuck at a desk, lots of personal interactions. Team members are friendly and there is a lot opportunities for promotions if one is motivated enough.
Cons
Felt like high school. Managers constantly talking about one another and putting down executives. Retail hours. Poor work-life balance. Many employees resembled zombies due to lack of sleep.
