Honest Review from an ETL - Executive Team Lead Target Employee Review

As an ETL, your experience with Target will be defined by the store you're placed at and your STL. I got the short stick with my STL. Lack of recognition, long hours, had to sneak lunch breaks, and had an very non-genuine relationship with my STL. The ETLs were the work horses and nothing was ever good enough. Minimum hours/week is 50/hrs and you work every other weekend. It's nice to have at least one weekday off, but working weekends is always crazy. Also, expect to work on Thanksgiving and work 3 of 4 weekends in Decemeber. They're closed Christmas day and you either get Christmas-Eve off or the 26th -- depends on your schedule.
