      Pros

      pay is good. you are not allowed to work past 40 hrs a week co-workers share your feelings about working there.

      Cons

      you don'y work more than 40 hrs a week. So its very had to get overtime. a lot of the hourly people don't want to work so as a manager you feel like you are babysiting.
