Pros
Very flexible work schedule, can post shifts and pick up shifts whenever needed, co-workers are nice, simple job.
Cons
Management sucks many don’t do their jobs, some are helpful but it’s not enough, lack of communication throughout the whole store, easily over worked and burnt out especially if you’re working full-time.
