      Everything depends on the stores and leadership. Paid holidays except Easter. Free college tuition to their online programs (almost anything you want)

      Cons

      Work life balance sucks. Work every other weekend. Hours can vary each week, but some stores will let you have set hours. The bonus depends on the stores sales, and they tax it heavily. (If the bonus is $300 you may only get $150)
