Plenty of room to grow and develop yourself as an all around leader with very interactive senior leadership staff whose goal is to grow your skills and proficiency levels of an effective manager.
Cons
The changing environment can be just as difficult to make good habits stick, for the focus may drift elsewhere soon after implementation of a new idea. However, this is solely based on the dedication of the managerial team to stick to enforcing upon fundamentals and good behavior.
