      Pros

      While target overall is a good company at the store level they encourage us to talk to friends to apply for open positions. Short staff is concerning going into holiday

      Cons

      Our stores HR manager is non responsive and not open to calling individuals that we recommend to fill staffing shortages. Very disappointing.
