In my 1st 2 years, did not care about my growth (change of upper management in department paved the way for growth)
Operations side, some clients/accounts do not care about people we hire (work schedules were erratic and made employees to have forced PTO without pay)

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
