Pros

some banking perks for employees.

Cons

a company run by mostly glorified and seasoned tellers. CSRs don't know how to complete simple procedural and operational tasks. No write ups for tellers or CSRs with hundred or thousand dollar differences. Always short staffed. High turnover rate. Terrible training, if you can even call it that. Watched movies and ate all day at each day of training at TD U. Observed at the branch until I became their makeshift administrative assistant. No respect for employees. Offer you perks like PTO and Benefits but give you a hard time if you try to use the PTO you've acquired and good luck finding time for an appointment with the hours they give you. Give new tellers the same goals as 10 year tellers. Offer no plans or assistance to help you achieve your unattainable goals, yet told not gaining any on a given day is unacceptable. and must be explained. Management tells you not to clock out for paid snow days then threatened that you won't get paid if you didn't clock out. The list goes on. Horrible experience. Wish I didn't waste my time or energy at this sorry excuse for a bank.

Pros

The only way I could do that was if you had to do a lot more work and then you would be done by yourself so you would be fine yuyyy

Cons

The only way I could do this would probably take about two 2️⃣ hours or less of a break and a few
