Pros
Opportunity to advancement if you go through the right people.
Cons
The "commission" called Sales Revenue is a JOKE, you only get it every 3 months & Taxes cut it 40% so if you're a full timer & you make $160 , you'll get roughly 90 bucks.. every 3 months.. it's pathetic. Advancement through the company is also pathetic. You get a 3% raise on your base salary... If you come in as a Teller 1, bottom of the barrel, you'll get screwed over in salary. They'll take advantage of you when you want to advance & have you "training" for 6 months to a year meaning they'll show you how to do something, then once you get the hang of it, dish it off onto you & make it your responsibility yet you're not getting paid for it. From personal experience, there was a head teller hired into my branch from an outside bank who made $18. Now I have a head teller who started as a Teller 1 and was promoted up to Head Teller & he makes 14.75. They take full advantage of employees.
